Closing in on 9pm. Searching for the wrong data in the wrong places. Finding "things": Wrong translations, mismatching brackets, infinite loops. Confusing visual representations of misunderstanding parts of the solution and actually parts of the problem. And a lot of fool-proof ways to stumble and fall wherever complexity leaves deep dark holes in your pavement. (Lots of things to reconsider once night has passed and at least some of the batteries recharged.)
