9am and already quite off track again. The drawback of structured processes is responding to incidents. Not quite a setting to cut down on coffee, for sure. Wondering how to fit in-person meetings into that mode of work. (Too, there's an early summer light on the buildings again, the scent of water evaporating on warm concrete.
